About Tina Waddell
Principal + Founder of EasePoint Business Solutions
With extensive experience in finance, technology, and process improvement, Tina Waddell brings a passion for efficiency and innovation to every project she takes on. Before founding EasePoint Business Solutions Ltd., Tina built a long-standing career with the City of Kelowna, starting as an accountant in areas such as accounting operations and revenue services. However, her true passion was in implementing new solutions and optimizing workflows.
Over the years, she played a key role in rolling out new payroll, property tax, utility billing, business licensing, and cashier systems—an expertise that naturally led her to IT project management. In recent years, Tina has specialized in leading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new technology across municipal operations.
Tina’s drive for software implementation and process improvement began well before her time with the City of Kelowna. Early in her career, she spent several years in the automotive sales and leasing industry, supporting business operations and financial management while being actively involved in a new business system implementation. Her entrepreneurial mindset was shaped even earlier, growing up in her family’s automotive repair business, where she gained firsthand experience in business operations, finance, and problem-solving—skills that continue to fuel her work today.
Now, as the founder of EasePoint Business Solutions Ltd., Tina is helping businesses streamline financial processes, implement cloud-based solutions, and navigate digital transformation with confidence. Whether working with small businesses to optimize their accounting systems or managing large-scale ERP and cloud migration projects for municipalities and corporations, Tina delivers practical, client-focused solutions that drive results.
