Terms of Service for EasePoint Business Solutions

EasePoint Business Solutions Ltd. offers business consulting services, including cloud accounting assistance, digital transformation, project management, and Cloud Accounting specialization. Our services are available to businesses across BC and Canada.

To use our services, you may need to provide certain information, including but not limited to business details, financial information, and other relevant data. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when requested.
3. Payment Terms
Our fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract. All fees are due according to the agreed terms, and late payments may be subject to additional charges.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information you share with us will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, designs, software, and content related to our services, is owned by EasePoint Business Solutions Ltd. or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
EasePoint Business Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
9. Changes to Terms
